Shift Leader
The Shift Lead provides supervision, training, and guidance to team members on an assigned shift.
You will communicate expectations in the areas of safety, quality, housekeeping, production, documentation, and team interaction, as well as, manage performance for assigned team members.

Ensure products are in accordance with customer specified requirementsEnsure team members practice safe work habits by leading and promoting a strong safety cultureTrain, coach, and counsel team members.
Resolve associate issues and concernsReport on the effectiveness and performance of production activities to the production managerContinued focus on shifts' safety, quality, reliability, and scrap goals are maintained at all times and initiates improvementResolves machinery and quality problems in the production area by working with maintenance as neededFollows and enforces company policies in the areas of safety, food safety, BOS, SAP, TPM, etc.
